TOPIC: BELIEVE AND RECEIVE
“Jesus said unto him, If thou canst believe, all things are possible to him that believeth.” Mark 9:23 KJV
The greatest qualification to receive from God is “here I am.” You are not qualified, but Christ has qualified you. Don’t ever come to God and tell him what you have done by yourself. Most healings done by Jesus were on the Sabbath because He wanted you to rest on the finished work.
The religious rulers were saying work, but Jesus was saying rest. He said: Take my yoke upon you and you will find rest to your soul. It means no struggle! The price has been paid! You don’t have to pay anything. Your part is to believe. All things are possible to them that believe.
You must factor in grace. He has qualified you to receive all that grace has made available. Whatever has been made available belongs to you. Jesus is your representative. In Him you are free, totally delivered, with abundance, with joy, with pleasure, with increase, with favour, and with everything good.
Right believing will bring right living. When you believe wrongly, you will act wrongly. That is why we look at Jesus. Paul wraps it up in 2 Corinthians 3:18: “But we all, with unveiled face, beholding as in a mirror the glory of the Lord” (KJV).
Your part is to look at it, and then the Holy Ghost begins to change you from glory to glory. Do not let the devil beat you down and tell you how unworthy you are. Do away with failure and sin mentality because as a man thinks, so he is. Reject any image that does not portray victory.
If you read the scriptures carefully, you will see that Jesus kept painting pictures of victory to everyone He met. He that keeps me never sleeps nor slumbers, so I must rest. That puts you in a position where you expect good and not evil. Expect good to happen to you.
All things work together for good to them that love God, to them that are called according to His purpose. Everything is turning around for your good.
