BELIEVE AND THANK GOD FOR THE MANIFESTATION

“Therefore I say unto you, What things soever ye desire, when ye pray, believe that ye receive them, and ye shall have them.” Mark 11:24 (KJV)

God expects us as His children to walk by faith and not by sight. In our dealings with God, seeing is not believing, rather, believing is seeing.

In our scripture today, Jesus made a profound statement. Before I go into that, let me draw your attention to the fact that God says what He means and means what He says, He does not crack jokes. His Word is His bond. Do not look at God from the standpoint of man; the best of man is man and man can renege on his promises but not God. He said, I am the Lord, I change not (Mal. 3:6). His Word is Yea and Amen (2 Cor. 1:20). Forever, His Word is settled in Heaven (Psa. 119:89). So, when He said “What things soever ye desire …” He meant it. It is a blank cheque you should take advantage of. I like how the Message Translation puts it: Mark 11:24 (MSG) “That’s why I urge you to pray for absolutely everything, ranging from small to large. Include everything as you embrace this God-life, and you’ll get God’s everything.”

Did you see that? Nothing is too small to ask from God and nothing is too big to demand from Him. What have you asked of Him this month? No matter how impossible it seems it is a part of “what things soever ye desire …” That means you can hold God to His Word. Believe without wavering and start thanking God for it. From today, turn your prayer to praise. Praise Him like you never did before. Dance before Him with or without music; express your appreciation just as if it has manifested. See what He has promised in your mind’s eye and rejoice.

Your ability to praise God while waiting for the manifestation is the hallmark of a believer. Remember, we walk by faith and not by sight. Wake up every morning and thank God for it. Call each area and thank Him for the manifestation of your desires and He will bring it to pass. Without doubt, I will hear your testimony.
