CHRIST: THE PERFECT SACRIFICE

“Neither by the blood of goats and calves, but by his own blood he entered in once into the holy place, having obtained eternal redemption for us.” – Hebrews 9:12 (KJV)
Beloved, the Cross is not just a symbol, it is a declaration of finality. Through the perfect and once-for-all sacrifice of Jesus Christ, the power of hell was broken, sin was judged, and eternal redemption was secured for every believer.
Every time there’s a sacrifice on the altar, Satan is silenced. But when Jesus became the Lamb slain from the foundation of the world, the devil didn’t just lose his voice, he lost his legal right. Jesus entered the Most Holy Place once, not repeatedly like the Old Testament priests, and with His own blood, not that of bulls and goats. And by that one sacrifice, He secured eternal redemption for us. That means nothing the enemy tries has the power to stand! That’s why Scripture boldly declares: “For whatsoever is born of God overcometh the world… Who is he that overcometh the world, but he that believeth that Jesus is the Son of God?” (1 John 5:4–5 KJV). We walk in victory and dominion because of the perfect sacrifice of Jesus Christ.
That is why you cannot afford to play with your commitments in the service of God. Every time you show up to serve, give faithfully, or remain committed when it’s inconvenient, you are placing something on the altar. And sacrifices still speak. Your dedication to God’s service is more than routine, it is your active participation in the covenant Jesus sealed with His blood.
This is the time to be bold, bodacious, and brutal in our declarations of who we are and what God has made available to us. Our boldness is predicated upon the perfect sacrifice of Jesus. The price has been fully paid. Your part is to believe it and appropriate the blessings that accompany your redemption.
