IT MAY LOOK HOPELESS, BUT IT IS NOT IMPOSSIBLE

“And Jesus looking upon them saith, With men it is impossible, but not with God: for with God all things are possible.” Mark 10:27 KJV

Today’s Reading
Lazarus had been dead four days, and Jesus said unto them, This sickness is not unto death but for God to reveal His other side. Mary and Martha did not believe. They said to Jesus, If you were here, it would not have happened. They did not understand that they were in the presence of the controller of time.

Lazarus was four days in the tomb, and they told Jesus: “……Lord, by this time he stinketh: for he hath been dead four days.” (John 11:39 KJV). In other words, it is a stinking situation. Jesus commanded to roll away the stone, and He called Lazarus to come forth from the grave. It may look hopeless, but it is not impossible.

In the book of 2 Kings Chapter 4, the Shunammite woman’s son died, and all hope was lost. But she believed in hope. Job was another man who believed in hope. He said in the book of Job 14:14: “All the days of my life will I wait until my change come” (KJV). Job was in a hopeless situation. His sons were dead, and his wife had abandoned him. But he believed in hope.

Child of God, believe in hope. “Cast not away therefore your confidence, which hath great recompense of reward.” (Hebrews 10:35 KJV). Hold fast to your confidence to the end. Against all hope, there is a platform to stand on, and it is a platform that does not collapse. When you pray, believe that you have received and you will have them.

You have a divine mandate to succeed because you were made in God’s image, and His gene is flowing through you. That means you are not a failure. God did not bring you this far to forsake you. You were not called for disappointment or frustration. I declare that creation will yield her increase for you. And your ground will continually yield her increase.
