THE “I AM” IS IN EVERY SITUATION
By Bishop Mike Okonkwo

“And God said unto Moses, I AM THAT I AM: and he said, Thus shalt thou say unto the children of Israel, I AM hath sent me unto you.” Exodus 3:14 (KJV)

God told Moses that when the people ask you, what is my name? tell them that I AM has sent you. In other words, I cannot just tell you my name in one compartment. You don’t put me in the compartment of names. If what you need is a car, I AM. If it is a husband, I AM. If it is a wife, I AM. If it is anointing, I AM. Whatever you need, HE IS. He that cometh to the Lord must believe that HE IS and that HE IS a rewarder of them that diligently seek Him.

Moses was a man that was born at a very critical time in the history of the children of Israel. The children of Israel were under bondage and God allowed it. And that is why I can assure you to never be overwhelmed by the circumstance of your life. God knows that you are alive at this time and God has a purpose and plan for you. You can have an advantage and gain the upper hand even amid the situation.

Moses was born at a time when God’s people were being killed. But God supernaturally preserved him even in the home of the enemy. That is what God can do. Moses was favored and raised in Egypt. According to the scriptures, he was mighty in the wisdom of Egypt and mighty in words and deeds. He was learned in all the wisdom of Egypt yet he was a Hebrew and God preserved him there.

You cannot deliver people until you identify with them. And so, the Bible declares that Moses at a certain point knew that there was a dream in his heart to be a deliverer for God’s people. He knew that his purpose was not to be the heir apparent to Egypt. That was not his purpose. All along, the I AM was involved in working out his destiny and His agenda for the people of Israel. Fear not, the I AM is involved in the affairs of your life.

I see God bringing deliverance to you. I see God setting you free from every bondage, from every sickness and every disease. I see God overruling for you. I see God favoring you on all sides.
