TOPIC: THE VICTORY OVER SIN IS PERMANENT

“In whom we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of His grace”. – Ephesians 1:7 (KJV)

Beloved, sin is the root of all tragedies. If the issue of sin is not settled in your life, you cannot fully receive from God. Even when blessings are available, you may disqualify yourself through sin.
Colossians 1:13-14 declares: “Who hath delivered us from the power of darkness, and hath translated us into the kingdom of his dear Son, in whom we have redemption through his blood, even the forgiveness of sins” (KJV). Beloved, every believer is already in the Kingdom of His Son.
Yet, many Christians believe that God has only forgiven the sins they committed before salvation. So, when they sin after becoming believers, they assume God must forgive them all over again. This cycle of repeated confession is a mindset shaped by tradition rather than the truth of Scripture.

The Bible clearly states: “In whom we have redemption through His blood, even the forgiveness of sins.” Jesus died over 2,000 years ago, and I trust you are not that old! This means that our sins, past, present, and even future, have already been forgiven.
The sins of Adam, which separated humanity from God, have been fully dealt with through Christ.
This is the hallmark of the Christian faith: knowing that you are permanently forgiven. When you see godly men and women walking in liberty, power, and victory, it is because they know their sins have been forgiven. It is not wishful thinking, it is confident assurance in God’s Word.
Hebrews 8:12 affirms this reality: “For I will be merciful to their unrighteousness, and their sins and their iniquities will I remember no more” (KJV).

Beloved, in Christ, your victory over sin is permanent. Do not allow sin to hinder you or steal your inheritance. Stand firm in the truth: you are forgiven, righteous, and free in Jesus.
