TOPIC: YOU ARE A ROYALTY
“But ye are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, an holy nation, a peculiar people; that ye should shew forth the praises of him who hath called you out of darkness into his marvelous light:” 1 Peter 2:9 KJV
Beloved, things may not have flourished the way you wanted, but it does not negate the truth that you are a peculiar person. It does not change who you are. Refuse to believe the lies of the enemy that you are ordinary. Once the devil makes you believe lies, he has defeated you because you will never rise beyond the opinion you have of yourself.
Our scripture today says “…but ye are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, an holy nation, a peculiar people; that ye should show forth the praises of him who hath called you out of darkness into his marvelous light:”
That is who you are. You were created a royalty and to be in charge. You were created to rule every circumstance of life. You were designed to be the head and not the tail, above and not beneath.
You are the real power broker, not the devil. You carry something expensive inside of you, and the devil knows it. You are the apple of God’s eyes, and you are in Christ. When Christ came into you, He came with all his qualities and attributes. Despite the onslaughts of the devil, you are a world overcomer.
Beloved, you are not going to overcome; you have already, through the finished work of Christ. It is already done and dusted. It is already settled! The Scripture says, “Ye are of God, little children, and have overcome them: because greater is he that is in you, than he that is in the world.”(1 John 4:4 KJV).
And 1 John 5:4 says, “For whatsoever is born of God overcometh the world: and this is the victory that overcometh the world, even our faith”. (KJV).
Child of God, you are not ordinary. You are a world overcomer, and you are born of God. I can assure you that your life will always go from victory unto victory.
