DON’T ENTERTAIN THE DEVIL’S WHISPERS

“For the mouth of the wicked and the mouth of the deceitful are opened against me: they have spoken against me with a lying tongue.” – Psalm 109:2 (KJV)
Beloved, the devil is a master of subtlety. He doesn’t always shout, he whispers. He whispers discouragement into your ears: “Are you sure God really loves you? If He does, why is your miracle delayed? You’ve been giving, serving, committed… and yet, nothing has changed.” That is his strategy, to question God’s love and sow doubt in your heart. But Jesus revealed the enemy’s true nature: he comes only to steal, to kill, and to destroy. (John 10:10). You must shut down the enemy’s voice with God’s Word. Speak the Word until every lie bows. Don’t give him a second of your attention.
You are complete in Christ, who is the head of all principalities and powers. (Colossians 2:10) It is wrong to wake up every day rehearsing your weaknesses and failures. Instead, rise with declarations of who you are in Christ: “Father, thank You for loving me unconditionally. Thank You because I am righteous in Christ. Sin no longer has dominion over me. I am more than a conqueror. My mind is sharp, my spirit is alert, and I am strong and full of vitality. I walk in victory. I can never be defeated. No weapon formed against me shall prosper!”
Stop pitying yourself. Your sins have been forgiven, completely and eternally. God does not need your guilt to forgive you. He already did it through Christ. You are no longer a stranger. You are now a member of God’s family. It is a done deal. Speak with boldness and walk in the confidence of your identity. You cannot be denied. God is for you, who can be against you?
So, don’t give room to the whispering enemy. Silence him with the truth of God’s Word!
