JESUS IS LORD OVER THE STORMS OF LIFE
By Bishop Mike Okonkwo

Thursday 29th September 2022

“And he saw them toiling in rowing; for the wind was contrary unto them: and about the fourth watch of the night he cometh unto them, walking upon the sea, and would have passed by them.” Mark 6:48 (KJV)

Jesus was walking upon the same sea that was speaking loud and clear that the disciples were going to drown. The Master over storm was walking upon the sea. Beloved, the God that we serve is Master over situations. He is Master over every challenge. He is Master over every satanic arrow. All powers in heaven and on the earth have been given to Him. He has it all in His control.

When the disciples saw Him walking upon the sea, they were afraid and they cried out. They have never seen Him in that dimension. Many times, we always want to put God in a box. Who told you that He has to be put in a box; you can’t put God in a box. He can manifest himself in different ways to ensure that He takes you back to the shoreline so that the storms of your life would not destroy you.

“For they all saw him, and were troubled. And immediately he talked with them, and saith unto them, Be of good cheer: it is I; be not afraid. And he went up unto them into the ship, and the wind ceased: ….” (Mark 6:50-51 KJV). Let every wind that is raging around you cease now. Let every wind of sickness, disease, hardship, distress, frustrations, discouragement, confusion, intimidation, and debt be silenced.

You are called to glory! You are called to victory! You are called to the manifestation of the mighty hand of God upon your life. Your mouth will testify. The doors that are shut will be opened. Your end has not come. That sickness will not kill you. That sickness will not destroy you. Your business will not shut down in the name of Jesus Christ.

Doors are opening for you. Lines are fallen unto you in pleasant places and you have a goodly heritage.
