THE POWER OF COMMUNION

“And he took bread, and gave thanks, and brake it, and gave unto them, saying, This is my body which is given for you: this do in remembrance of me.” Luke 22:19

When Jesus was about to leave, He left us with something that will always remind us that He paid the price for our redemption. He said; let it be a covenant between me and you that the price was paid completely. And because of this covenant, there is no type of condition you are in that you will not have victory. Communion is so powerful! Jesus said, I will no more take it with you but keep on doing it till I come back. Communion reminds us that Jesus is coming back because He said, “Till I come”. When He comes, everything will be perfect.

If you understand the power of communion, you will be excited every time you attend a communion service. When you understand the power of the communion, the impossible will be made possible in your life. You will walk around daily with a knowing that you are a sign and a wonder. You will know without a shadow of doubt that where others have failed, you will succeed in the name of Jesus.

When you receive communion in faith, you receive the body of Christ and His blood and God proves Himself in the lives of His people that all power belongs to Him. Every satanic power bows in the name of Jesus. Jesus resurrected that we may live.

Communion symbolises the death, burial and resurrection. When He died, you died with Him, so you died to every token of death – sickness, poverty, lack etc. and when He rose, you rose with Him to health, wealth and every good thing you desire. I declare over your life: from this moment forward, you will no longer be barren in any area of your life. You will be fruitful. Your lips will testify in the name of Jesus.
