WEALTH IS YOUR HERITAGE

“For ye know the Grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, that, though He was rich, yet for your sakes, He became poor, that ye through His poverty might be rich”
2 Corinthians 8:9KJV

At redemption, we were rescued from the dungeon of poverty and translated into the Kingdom of prosperity. That is your heritage. You may not have experienced prosperity, but you have to believe it and keep on speaking it to yourself, then you will experience it. The Bible tells us in Psalm 112: 1-3, “Blessed is the man that feareth the Lord, that delighteth greatly in His commandments…” It continues by telling you the benefits of that man; it says “wealth and riches shall be in his house…” In other words, wealth and riches will ‘tabernacle’ in your house. Therefore, you cannot be stranded.

Psalm 84:11 says, “For the Lord God is a sun and shield: The Lord will give grace and glory: no good thing will He withhold from them that walk uprightly.” God will not withhold any good thing from you because you are under Grace. Money is a good thing! Wealth and resources are good things. This is not because of you but by virtue of what Jesus did on our behalf. The greatest honour you can give to Jesus is not just to say, ‘Jesus I love you’, it is for you to accept and believe what He died to give to you.

He became poor so that you might be rich. It is part of your redemption package. Do you know why many do not believe they are rich? It is because they are looking at their pockets and they are looking at their bank accounts. But then, as a child of God, riches don’t depend on your pocket, neither do they depend on your bank account balance; it depends on what is written. If it is written, then that is the truth. Your experience is not the truth. It may be a fact! But it is not the truth! Stand on the truth and the experience will change. You are blessed!
