GOD HAS GONE BEFORE YOU

The children of Israel had just experienced a great deliverance from Egypt, when suddenly Pharaoh regretted letting them go, and he decided to pursue them to bring them back to bondage and slavery. This reminds us that the enemy does not give up easily. The devil never plays dead; he constantly seeks to oppose the promises of God over our lives. But here’s the good news: it’s already too late for him. The same God who brought you this far has already gone ahead of you.
When Pharaoh came against Israel with his full military force, it looked like a hopeless trap because the Red Sea was before them. But what Pharaoh didn’t realize was that when it seems like you are cornered, God is just positioning you for a divine intervention. When the enemy thinks he has you surrounded, God is about to reveal His master plan.
In Exodus 14:15, God told Moses, “Tell the children of Israel to go forward.” One can only imagine Moses’ initial confusion. I perceive he would have said, “But God, the Red Sea is right in front of us!” Yet, all he heard was, “Go forward.” Why? Because when God goes before you, He makes a way even where none exists. God caused His people to walk through the Red Sea on dry ground. There was no struggle, no delay. That is the same way nothing can stop God’s plan and purpose for your life.
But here’s a key question: What if Moses hadn’t heard from God? The journey of destiny requires clarity, and clarity comes from staying in God’s presence. You can only run your race with grace when you are aligned with God’s Word. So, I encourage you to be intentional about cultivating intimacy with God. Value every opportunity to hear His Word, whether through personal devotion or church programs.
I declare that God’s abundant grace will see you through in every area of your life. Favour will attend your ways and you will not be denied. You will win in every competition of life. The oppression of stagnation over your life, over your business, over your career, and your family is terminated. Go forward, God has gone before you.
