INCREASE YOUR CAPACITY

“Then he said, Go, borrow thee vessels abroad of all thy neighbours, even empty vessels; borrow not a few.” – 2 Kings 4:3 (KJV)
Beloved, it’s time to stretch beyond your current limits. You can no longer afford to think small, dream small, or attempt small things. All around you, the world is making giant strides and breaking boundaries. So why would believers, the ones who have the dominion mandate, do any less? God’s desire is for you to stand tall in every sector of life, reflecting His glory. But here’s the truth: without the capacity to receive what He’s prepared for you, you’ll place a lid on His limitless supply.
Consider the widow in 2 Kings 4. She was grieving her husband, a faithful prophet, and facing a crippling debt that threatened to enslave her two sons. In desperation, she sought the Prophet Elisha. His instruction was simple yet profound: “Go, borrow vessels…borrow not a few.” In other words, “Think big. Gather more than you think you need. Your capacity will determine the extent of your supply.”
Child of God, you serve an Unlimited God, there’s no scarcity with Him. So, why are you coming to Him with a little vessel? Why ask for a corner when He can give you territories? Your approach determines your portion. Whether you bring a bottle or a tanker, God will fill it.
Today, make a conscious decision to increase your capacity, in your faith, your vision, your skills, and your expectations. Refuse to settle for less when Heaven has made more available. Lift the lid, think bigger, and prepare for overflow.
